New letting marks 26 Cross Street as fully let

The last remaining suite at 26 Cross Street has been leased. This part 3rd floor suite comprises of 1,835 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished space. The law firm securing this suite has committed to a five-year lease, setting a new building record rent at £40.00 per square foot. Notably, this marks the company’s third location, adding to their existing offices in London and Leicester.

It is surrounded by a number of UK and international professional service businesses located in and around the financial core.
