The OBI Property Transactions & Asset Management Team recently secured award winning architecture practice 3DReid at 26 Cross Street, Manchester. They have taken 2,381 sq ft of office space on the 7th floor on a ten year lease with a break at year five.
3DReid, the practice behind One Angel Square and The Palace Hotel’s recent refurbishment, is moving its Manchester team of 15 from City Tower and will join Henry Boot and Tosca Fund in 26 Cross Street.
Dave Smith, divisional director, 3DReid said: “The space at 26 Cross Street works really well for us. It’s a stunning building and allows our practice studio room to grow. We’re working on a number of very exciting projects in the North West and the new office is an excellent base for us.”
Richard Lace, transactions and asset management, OBI Property said: “It’s fantastic to see 26 Cross Street continuing to attract high quality occupiers. As architects, 3DReid appreciate good design and were attracted by the refurbishment which embraces the original character of the building and combines it with contemporary finishes. These factors, coupled with the prime location has made it incredibly popular with occupiers from a variety of sectors.”
