Advam expands its UK operations with a move to 15 Jutland Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester.
OBI Property announced that Advam, who are the leading provider of reservation and payment solutions within the parking and transportation, local government and airport sectors have relocated their Manchester office into a cutting edge 5,625 sq ft premises at 15 Jutland Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, on a 5 year lease.
Advam is regarded as the world leader in developing custom reservation and parking solutions. The acquisition of Inventive IT in October 2014 brought together two leading reservation and payments companies during a time of significant growth and expansion for the firm and creating the need for additional office space.

OBI Property represented the landlord Code Computerlove on the transaction. Wini Tse, co-founder of Code Computerlove, said ‘We have built up a strong relationship with OBI who worked hard to lease our space and we look forward to relocating to our new home at Sevendale House in the near future’.
