OBI Property has announced the letting of the third floor at Impax Asset Management’s 40 Spring Gardens building. Aldermore, the specialist bank, has expanded the size of its accommodation, doubling its space by taking an additional 12,000 sq ft.
The 100,000 sq ft Grade A office building boasts a quality tenant line up including office occupiers Aon and Lloyds Bank who this month have taken occupation of half the 6th floor (6,000 sq ft).
The letting follows hot on the heels of the ground floor letting of 2,175 sq ft to Hairdresser/Beauty salon operator Evelyn’s who join retail and leisure operators Hervia and award winning Beermoth.

We are confident discussions on the remaining 2 floors (22,000 sq ft) will be concluded shortly meaning the building is 100% let. We are firm believers in the growth potential of Manchester and are already looking at new opportunities site to re-invest in the City.”
