On Behalf of Audacious City Church, OBI Property have acquired the leasehold interest in the former Staples unit on Trinity Way for their new Church building. Audacious have taken 28,500 sq ft of former retail warehouse accommodation along with over 200 car spaces to be their principle Church.

Gary Scorah commented, “our client had considered a number of properties in the location but identified the former Staples unit as the best solution. The property is to be fitted out with a large auditorium for Sunday worship with associated meeting and breakout areas. The property will provide a fantastic springboard for Audacious and is much needed accommodation for them.”
