Award winning tech recruitment agency calls Tower 12 home

Cubiq Recruitment, an agency that ‘links talent with technology’, has secured 2,124 sq ft of the 10th floor at Tower 12 in Spinningfields, on a five-year lease.

Following the letting to Cubiq, the building is now fully let. The space, located in the heart of Spinningfields, has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, common areas and office floors to provide contemporary Grade A workspace.

The forward-thinking recruitment company, which prides itself on being synonymous with quality and expertise, delivering talent to technology and engineering companies globally, was previously located at New Bailey in Salford.

Tower 12 is a premier commercial district building with a range of amenities, such as basement car parking, exposed VRF heating and cooling. It is also Wired Score Silver certified, confirming its smart connectivity capabilities. In addition, the space benefits from a range of restaurants on its doorstep, such as The Ivy, Australasia, Fazenda and 20 Stories.

The landlord on the deal is CBRE IM, who were jointly advised by OBI and CBRE.
