Acting on behalf of BlackRock, OBI Property are delighted to announce that Bauhaus is now fully let. Gazprom Marketing and Trading Retail, part of one of the largest energy companies in the world, has expanded within the 50,864 sq ft Bauhaus office building, part of the successful Rossetti Place development directly opposite Manchester’s new financial and commercial district, Spinningfields.
Gazprom committed to a new 10 year lease on the final two floors within the Grade A office building in addition to the single floor currently occupied. The headline rent is £22.50 per sq ft.
Since its relocation to Bauhaus in 2007, Gazprom Retail has enjoyed great success and according to Managing Director Jon Feingold: “Bauhaus has been a great building for Gazprom Retail’s global expansion and we are delighted to be able to expand within the premises.”
Will Lewis of OBI commented “It is great news that Bauhaus is now 100% let within 6 months of OBI being appointed as joint letting agents. The occupier mix within the building is testament to the quality of the building”.
