A grade II-listed period building in the Castlefield area of Manchester let to a high-profile law firm has changed hands in a multimillion-pound deal.
The Chapel (pictured) has been bought by Shirestone Estates from Boultbee Brooks for £2.9m.
Located on Deansgate, it provides 12,132 sq ft of grade A office space arranged over four floors.
The property is single let to Pannone Corporate for a term of ten years with a tenant break at year five.
David Crawford from Knight Frank’s capital markets team said: ”We are pleased to acquire this off-market investment for our client.
“The Chapel is a unique office building, let to a strong covenant in a popular Manchester city centre location.”
Knight Frank acted for Shirestone Estates and OBI acted for Boultbee Brooks.
