Co-operative Travel Management has relocated from Altrincham into Manchester City Centre.
The leading corporate travel business has taken a 10 year lease on a 10,000 sq ft office at Helical Bar’s Churchgate building on Oxford Street. Helical Bar set about a refurbishment and remodelling programme after acquiring the Grade II Listed buildings earlier this year.
Following the refurbishment, existing occupiers Countrywide and Economic Solutions, committed to Churchgate for seven and 10 years respectively.
Richard Lace, Lead Office Consultant, and leasing agent on the building said: “Having recently launched the business lounge in the reception of Churchgate House we were delighted to secure Co-operative Travel Management in the building. The latest refurbishment to the 4th floor features a stunning exposed ceiling, maximising the beautiful features of the building whilst providing occupiers with the high specification workspace they require. The buildings location on Oxford Road makes it easily accessible for the surrounding transport links and amenities.”
Newly refurbished suites from 2,000 sq ft up to 12,500 sq ft are still available and interested parties should contact OBI Property for further information.
