Allied London’s new co-work space XYZ Works in XYZ, Spinningfields welcomes an exciting new tenant as North West accountants Cowgill Holloway LLP have signed up to relocate its Manchester office.

The forward thinking XYZ Works will be launching in September this year providing flexible workspace incorporating a range of dynamic spaces, including; Hot desks, and studio suites. The concept is designed to encourage collaboration amongst occupiers within the building. XYZ Works is also home to a state of the art event space and further meeting spaces.

Commenting on the relocation, Managing Partner, Paul Stansfield said: “We’re delighted to have committed to our new Manchester home at XYZ Works. The workspace provides the perfect platform for our expansion in the city.”
