Property development company, DB Symmetry has taken 2,695 sq ft on the fourth and fifth floor of Victoria Buildings, Albert Square, Manchester, M2 4DF. The company has taken a ten year lease with a break at year five at £22 per sq ft.
DB Symmetry was previously based in Old Bank Chambers, St Anns Square, Manchester and it’s relocating to accommodate its business growth.

OBI Property are joint letting agent of Victoria Buildings with JLL, and they acted on behalf of building owner, LJ Real Estate on the deal.
