queens-house-textCommercial real estate firm, OBI property has confirmed that e3 creative is set to become the first tenant at the newly refurbished Queens House off Lincoln Square in Central Manchester.

OBI supported e3creative with their growth strategy as they looked for additional space to accommodate for their expanding workforce. Their move from the Boardwalk in Knott Mill to Queens House is part of an initiative with OBI to help design an office that will support in attracting and retaining talent.

e3creative have opted for a 10-year lease with a break at year five and they will occupy 3,200 sq ft on the fourth floor of the 19,000 sq ft building

John Clark, director of CBRE Global Investors, representatives of the owners of Queens House, said: “It is great to welcome our first tenant to the remodelled Queens House. We wanted to create a unique work space in the central core of the city which would appeal to businesses that want to embrace new ways of working and value their working environment.”

Jake Welsh, managing director at e3creative, said: “We knew we needed a larger space to deal with the expansion of the company and when we looked at Queens House, we thought it was spot on for us.  The location is fantastic, we love the urban design and the building offers a different product from the normal office building. Straight away we could visualise ourselves within this space.”

OBI Property also managed the refurbishment. The building has office space over six floors, basement car parking and cycle storage.
