Digital Specialist Signs up for Second Floor Space in Renovated Fourways House

10 March 2023

OBI, the commercial real estate specialist, has leased 3,218 sq ft of space in the Northern Quarter’s Fourways House to IT services and consulting firm AND Digital’s Club Jemison.

AND Digital has taken part of the second floor in the building, which has been recently renovated, on the back of extensive growth since January 2021, to allow team collaboration and expansion.

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at OBI, said: “It was great to continue to work with AND Digital, they are an exciting business that continue to grow within the city.

“Fourways House will provide the right type of space to support flexible and collaborative working, making it an ideal workspace for a thriving and expanding business like AND Digital.”

Laura Tierney, AND Digital people lead said: “It’s been great to move into our new office space at Fourways House that we have created for Club Jemison. It provides our employees with impressive facilities to come together and collaborate, as well as being a great environment to bring clients to.”

Fourways House is a Grade II-listed brick built former warehouse building located on Hilton Street. Constructed in 1906, the property has since been converted into a fully fitted and furnished space, retaining its original Edwardian features such as timber floors and exposed brick walls.

The building boasts a total of 59,000 sq ft across ground and five upper floors.

The restored space features flexible working spaces, a remodelled reception, an atrium event space, cycle storage, superfast broadband and responsive LED lighting.
Fourways House is also conveniently located nearby a wealth of local amenities such as Cottonopolis, Rudy’s Pizza and Abode Hotel, and is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria.

It is already home to a diverse range of businesses such as fashion houses and global hotel groups, which exemplifies the versatility of their workspaces.

AND Digital provide IT services such as short and focused strategic planning and end-to-end-digital transformation.
