2Today OBI Property announced it has agreed a new lease for Enterprise Ventures Group at The Pinnacle, 73 King Street, Manchester.  The company will remain in the 2,640 sq ft office on the sixth floor of the building on a new five year lease.

Richard Lace, OBI Property said: “We have a long standing business relationship with Enterprise Ventures having originally worked with them when they first acquired space in the building. With an option to relocate presenting itself they asked us to review their occupational requirements so that they could consider the options available to the business. Having entered in to a discussion with their Landlord we were able agree competitive terms for them to remain in their existing space.”

Jonathan Diggines, Chief Executive, Enterprise Ventures Group said: “Our SME investment activities continue to grow and having recently acquired new space at Princes Parade in Liverpool we wanted to commit to a new lease in Manchester. We have built up a strong working relationship with OBI over the last 4 years and by working with their office and building consultancy teams we were able to secure favourable terms to remain in the building.”

OBI Property was set up in 2010 and is a commercial real estate firm which provides innovative, inclusive solutions to its landlord and occupier clients.
