DSC_9823Following Ribot Investments refurbishment works to Steam Packet House in 2010 which completely transformed the building, it has become one of the most popular office addresses in the city and it is now fully occupied. The building has attracted three new occupiers since completion of the works with the most recent letting being Active Win Management taking the entire 6th floor comprising 2,414 sq ft at a rental of £15.00 psf.

Peter Buckles of Ribot Investments said that their confidence in Steam Packet House’s appeal to the market led to a substantial investment to enhance its attractions longer term.  “We continue to have every confidence in this particular area of the city centre which will soon benefit from the major revitalisation of St Peter’s Square and the extended Metrolink where we own other assets within our portfolio.  Our building and our occupiers are well placed to benefit from the planned enhancements that will be undertaken within the immediate vicinity.”

The landlord was advised by OBI Property. Emma Powell of OBI commented “It is great news that Steam Packet House is now fully let and the occupier mix within the building is testament to the quality of the building”.

Other companies located at the building include Alec Finch, Mono Consultants and Linder Myers Solicitors.
