22Henry Boot Developments has been confirmed as the latest tenant at 26 Cross Street, Manchester.

The 2,161 sq ft office space, on the eighth floor of this prestigious building, has been taken by the specialist property development arm of the Henry Boot Group on a five-year lease.

This is the second letting to be confirmed in the iconic 1930s’ building following a £3m comprehensive refurbishment to provide Grade A boutique-style office space with state-of-the-art suites. A further floor is under offer, with strong interest in the remaining floors.

Located in one of Manchester’s most historic and lively streets and within the St Anne’s Square conservation area, the eight-storey 21,500 sq ft building has offices available to let, ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft.
