In Touch Networks, the fast growth tech business which provides a networking and training platform for senior board figures, has acquired the 22,000 sq ft third floor of 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester on a ten year lease.
In Touch Networks – named by the Financial Times as one of the top 100 fastest growing UK companies – is moving its team of 125 from The Peninsula in the Green Quarter to 3 Hardman Square due to its notable current growth rate and resulting forecast.
Matthew Roberts, CEO, In Touch Networks said: “In Touch has undergone significant growth over the past few years and as a result we’ve further extended the services and products for our members. We have now reached the point where we need larger premises to accommodate our rapidly growing team and take our business to the next level. 3 Hardman Square suits us perfectly – with great amenities in the heart of Spinningfields, I know our team will make the most of the new space.”
Will Lewis, Transactions and Asset Management, OBI said: “In Touch Networks is another Manchester success story and it affirms Manchester’s position as the leading UK hub for tech based businesses. 3 Hardman Square will provide the perfect platform for the company as it continues to grow.
