Jupiter Advertising Relocates to New Home at Historic Jactin House in the Heart of Creative Community at Ancoats, Manchester
04 October 2021Jupiter Advertising has relocated to a new Manchester office, in a deal brokered by real estate consultants OBI.
The global full-service recruitment communications agency moved from Royal Mills in Ancoats to occupy a private office at Colony Jactin House.
Built in 1881 and overlooking Cutting Room Square and its independent bars, shops and restaurants, Jactin House forms part of the Colony Workspace network of flexible workspaces at four locations in Manchester, designed for and occupied by likeminded creatives, freelancers, start-ups and established businesses.
Jupiter, after spending 10 years at their previous location were seeking a more flexible solution in the Ancoats location which could easily cater for business growth in the future. This, coupled with the modern workspace and additional wellbeing facilities made Jactin House their first choice.

Alongside Jactin House, the Colony Workspace network also offers sites at Piccadilly, The Astley, located on the border of the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, One Silk Street and new premises at Lever Street due to open in the summer of 2022.
