OBI Property has announced its latest Spinningfields deal to SME advisory firm Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group as the firm looks to double the size of its Manchester office.
Leonard Curtis is relocating to Allied London’s landmark Tower 12 development at The Avenue North, Spinningfields.
The announcement follows another successful year for LCBSG which has seen turnover for the entire group increase from £13.9m to £15.3m. That growth has been fuelled by further demand for its services, as more and more SMEs are looking for positive solutions to their debt, cash flow and funding issues.
Daniel Booth, Head of Corporate Strategies said: “It has been another positive year for LCBSG and the move to Spinningfields is timely as it will give us increased capacity to meet the growth we are forecasting.
OBI Property is the sole leasing consultant and project manager acting on behalf of Allied London. Will Lewis, partner, OBI Property said “Tower 12 is attracting a diverse range of occupiers and is confirmation that there is strong demand from forward thinking organisations looking to offer their employees a working environment which is far more than a bog standard office”.
Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group operates on a national basis from 10 offices, and employs over 140 staff within its Corporate Strategies, Factoring Advisory, and Rescue and Recovery Divisions.
