Lincoln House Chambers is the latest organisation to take workspace at Tower 12, Avenue North, Spinningfields.  The Chambers, which specialises in regulatory, criminal and civil law, moved from its former premises on Brazennose Street, Manchester last week.

Head of Chambers at Lincoln House Chambers, Guy Gozem QC, said:  “We decided to take space at Tower 12 to accommodate our growing team, which includes 13 Queen’s Counsel and 53 Junior Counsel.  The close proximity to the Crown Court and the Civil Justice Centre certainly helped us make our decision; however we were also bowled over by the space with its 360 degree views across the City.”

Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London Properties Limited said; “Tower 12 has attracted many high-calibre businesses and I am delighted to see the space being taken by such varied and dynamic organisations.  The feedback from the tenants has been excellent and we have created the innovative workspace which we always wanted to achieve.”

Acting on behalf of Allied London, OBI Property is sole leasing consultant and project manager on Tower 12.  Will Lewis, offices partner OBI said; ‘Tower 12 is a superb addition to Spinningfields.  It is excellent to welcome Lincoln House Chambers and following the recent announcements by Leonard Curtis and Great Fridays, we’ve made an excellent start to the leasing campaign as works will be completed by the end of this month.”
