PRToday OBI Property announced specialist social work and social care recruitment company Liquid Personnel is to take 10,129 sq ft at the recently refurbished Sevendale House on Dale Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The company has signed a five year lease for the space on the first floor of the building.

Liquid Personnel appointed OBI to advise on the acquisition of the space; this follows OBI assisting with the relocation of Liquid Personnel 3 years ago to 52 Princess Street.

This deal is the culmination of a fantastic few months for Philip J Davies Holdings who have leased over 37,500 sq ft of office space since the building was launched in September 2014.

Liquid Personnel, which was voted the fourth best place to work in the UK last year, employs 85 staff and is moving from 52 Princess Street as the company is expanding and requires a larger office.

The £6 million refurbishment of Grade II Listed Sevendale House was completed in September last year, providing 65,000 sq ft of workspace and 15,000 sq ft of retail space.  Ticketmaster was confirmed as the first tenant in October 2014, taking 22,765 sq ft for its new northern HQ.
