New letting marks 26 Cross Street as fully let

The last remaining suite at 26 Cross Street has been leased. This part 3rd floor suite comprises of 1,835 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished space. The law firm securing this suite has committed to a five-year lease, setting a new building record rent at £40.00 per square foot. Notably, this marks the company’s third location, adding to their existing offices in London and Leicester.

 

26 Cross Street is known for its ideal location on one of Manchester’s most bustling streets. It is surrounded by a number of UK and international professional service businesses located in and around the financial core. Manchester’s top hotels, such as Hotel Gotham and King Street Town House; and leading restaurants, such as Tast and San Carlo, are all within a five-minute stroll.

 

The Grade A standard building, which is now fully let, is also home to businesses such as HBD, Bank of Ireland, Republic of Media, and 3D Reid architects.
