OBI Property and CBRE have been instructed to find an occupier for the stunning 12th floor at Chancery Place, Brown Street, Manchester city centre. The floor comprises 7,786 sq ft.
Recently bought by NFU Mutual for almost £57 million, the 14 storey tower was built in 2008 and provides 102,273 sq ft of prime office space in the centre of Manchester. Existing tenants include: Kyocera, Clyde & Co, i2, HSB Engineering, Clearwater Finance, Travelers Insurance and QBE.
David Hidderley, NFU Mutual said, ”We were delighted to purchase such an iconic building in Manchester city centre and we have a clear strategy for disposing of the final floor within the building. I am delighted to have instructed OBI Property and CBRE to help find a tenant for the 12th floor as their experience and track record speaks for itself.”
