OBI Property’s latest transaction has seen fast-growing family law firm Hall Brown relocate to Ship Canal House in Manchester city centre less than a year after it was established.
Founding partners Sam Hall and James Brown said that the switch was intended both to satisfy immediate demand and provide the foundations for further development.
Sam Hall said: “We believe that our new offices not only match our firm’s ambitions but will enable us to better serve the clients who have been responsible for our remarkable first nine months in business.
“The number and calibre of individuals which we have been able to attract to our brand has bolstered the capabilities at our disposal to deal with a range of different and often very sensitive matters for celebrities, high-profile sports stars, entrepreneurs and professionals at home and abroad.
“It is not a case of having infrastructure and expertise in the hope of attracting work but an indication of our desire to match the very best quality of service that we can to the needs of our existing and future clients.”
Hall Brown currently has a dozen fee earners among its 15+ employees.
Having advised on the new lease, OBI Property went on to interior design and project manage the fit out.
Darius Baniabassian, Workplace Consultant at OBI Property added “It’s been great to work alongside Sam and James in helping deliver the new office and we believe modern, elegant environment created matches perfectly the boutique and high quality nature of the service they provide.
Give the listed nature of the building, OBI’s ability to provide a collective and cohesive approach to fulfil the individual roles of leasing, interior design and project management allowed us to deliver the finished suite on budget and within a very strict timescale to allow the relocation to take place over the Christmas period.”
