Two recent office deals in the South Manchester market underline a continuing, steady demand for smaller suites as IT sales recruitment specialists Robson Taylor and travel company Inspire make a move to Cheadle Royal and Bramhall respectively.
One of the UK’s fastest growing IT sales recruitment specialists, Robson Taylor has relocated to No 1 Lakeside at Cheadle Royal Business Park, taking a new 5 year lease with a 3 year break. Landlord Cramer Properties, advised by OBI Property and Canning O’Neill, created a bespoke suite for the new tenant who joins occupiers including Carrier, MSL, Legal Expenses and Norwel.
Said Kevin Buller of Robson Taylor: “We are delighted to have moved into the first class facilities at Cheadle Royal Business Park and now believe that we are perfectly located to continue our planned staffing growth for both our Manchester and European teams.”
In nearby Bramhall, OBI Property advised Inspire on the acquisition of 3,000 sq ft in Victoria House. According to Will Lewis of OBI Property the deal followed a comprehensive search of the South Manchester market. “The excellent location, quality and value of Victoria House stood out to Inspire who moved fast to conclude the transaction.”
Keith Herman, MD of Inspire commented that the company’s staff were very happy with the new office space.
