Advised by OBI Property, Crowe Clark Whitehill’s Manchester office is to make a landmark move to the city’s The Lexicon building, taking 5,471 sq ft of space on the 3rd floor of the building on a 10 year lease with 5 year break option.
The firm will open for business in The Lexicon in early September and Manchester office managing partner Michael Jayson said the move was a significant change for Crowe Clark Whitehill in the North West.
“It marks a really positive step forward in Crowe Clark Whitehill’s long term investment in Manchester and the region,” he said.
“Our new offices are much more suited to our needs and includes a larger and more up-to-date seminar room able to accommodate more than 50 delegates as well as tele-conference facilities in the meeting rooms.
“This is a significant move for Crowe Clark Whitehill as it demonstrates our commitment to providing excellent work for our growing client list and is the right environment from which to drive our business forward for the future.”
Richard Lace of OBI Property who acted in a leasehold acquisition role alongside his colleague Darren Matthews who is appointed to project manage the fit out works added “As well as acting on our clients behalf to agree the terms of the new lease and oversee the legal negotiations, we have designed the new office and are currently projecting managing the building works to ensure the fit out is delivered on time and to budget.”
