Privately owned holding company, Ashley & Dumville, is moving into Bruntwood’s Caledonian House in Knutsford, where it has taken 3,205 sq ft on the first floor of the Tatton Street building.

The company has an energy and oil businesses, Oil Recruitment, and a publishing division, which produces a range of specialist titles within the energy sector.

OBI Property advised Ashley & Dumville on the interior design and planning of the new offices and negotiated the commercial terms of the leasehold transaction.  Said OBI offices partner, Will Lewis: “Our client was looking to expand into an office that offered an enhanced working environment for their staff that also provides single floor occupation. With a variety of convenient amenities and transport links available in the local vicinity, as well as offering quality office space, Caledonian House fitted the bill perfectly.”
