OBI Property have recently advised corporate advisory firm Rickitt Mitchell on the move to new offices in Manchester city centre.
The firm, which had been based in Clarence House for 26 years, has relocated to Centurion House, Deansgate. It comes as Rickitt Mitchell, founded in 1976, announced the appointments of Victoria Edwards and Alex Wilson as executives.
Partner Stuart Moss said: “The time is right to invest in new offices and Centurion House will make a fitting base from which to develop further and build on our successful 36-year history.” Rickitt Mitchell specialises in advising clients on mid-market deals, ranging from disposals and acquisitions to management buy-outs and public company transactions.
Will Lewis, Offices partner at OBI commented “we have worked closely with Rickitt Mitchell for the past 2 years in trying to find the right property solution for the firm. We are delighted to have secured an excellently located building with stunning views over Spinningfields and the traditional prime core.”
