Private bank Brown Shipley has instructed OBI Property to search for new Grade A city centre offices in a relocation from its existing 1 King Street base in Manchester.
Brown Shipley require circa 12,000 – 14,000 sq ft of new office space, ideally on a single floor plate.
OBI Offices Partner Will Lewis comments that a number of office buildings have been under consideration with a decision likely within the next few weeks.
He added that OBI was involved in another significant requirement within the city centre for solicitors George Davies for 9,000 sq ft in a forthcoming move from their existing Fountain Street premises.
