OBI Property is delighted to announce they have acquired 21,500 sq ft on behalf of one of the UK’s largest debt management companies MoneyPlus Group. It is the largest office letting in Manchester city centre so far this year and involves MoneyPlus Group relocating the business from Altrincham into Bruntwood’s revitalised Riverside in Manchester City Centre.
Chris Davis, CEO, MoneyPlus Group said: “The move to Riverside marks a significant step in the growth of MoneyPlus Group. We have exciting plans to further grow the business and working with a property owner such as Bruntwood provides the perfect partner to accommodate our future growth. Riverside provides a stunning base for our staff and we are excited to be moving to such a great scheme.”
Family owned commercial property company Bruntwood with offices in the North and Midlands recently completed the £5 million refurbishment of Riverside which has created two new reception areas, new public realm including a new waterside park and an upgrade on the floor space across the five buildings which make up the complex.
Chris Oglesby, CEO, Bruntwood said: “Attracting such a significant customer as MoneyPlus Group is very positive news for Riverside. We are delighted to provide a property solution that meets the needs of MoneyPlus Group’s future expansion. Although we have yet to complete the refurbishment works, the take up of space has been extremely positive with eight new customers already committed to taking space in the revitalised office scheme”.

OBI Property is providing the interior design and project management advice to MoneyPlus Group.
MoneyPlus Group will join occupiers DRL, YFM PE, Brontone, Port 2 Port, Gunnercooke, Edward Symonds and Heath Lambert at Riverside.
