Following the successful conclusion of the Phase I refurbishment of 86 Deansgate, OBI Property are pleased to announce that they have been instructed to proceed on the second phase of works which comprise a comprehensive refurbishment of a further 20,000 sq ft.

The building has been comprehensively remodelled with a new feature double height glazed reception and new curtain walling providing stunning views along Deansgate and over Parsonage Gardens.

Dominic Horridge of OBI comments “the project was undertaken working around existing tenants which has been challenging due to the nature of the works, however, the finished product has been well received and we look forward to completing the remaining floors to the same high standard.”

John Whitehurst of owners Brooklawn states “we are delighted with the transformation following completion of the Phase I works and the quality of the building is substantiated with recent lettings to Cottrills Solicitors, Quadra and MPH Solicitors.”
