OBI has been appointed by Bruntwood SciTech as leasing consultants on Platform in Leeds city centre.

The asset comprises 120,000 sq ft grade A workspace over 13 floors on New Station Street. Platform is already home to 100 digital tech businesses such as Northcoders and Digibete.
Bruntwood SciTech is a joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General.
