OBI Property have recently completed the acquisition of Halfords, Edward Street, Stockport on behalf of a Manchester based private client.

The property is let to Halfords by way of a new Full Repairing and Insuring lease for 10 years at a rent of £35,000 per annum.

Gary Scorah, Investment Partner commented, “The property acquisition represented good value to the private buyer market and an attractive return in excess of 7.75% net initial yield.”
