The most prestigious language school in the world – Berlitz is consolidating its growing operation in Manchester through a relocation to its own 9,000 sq ft building on Mosley Street

Acting on behalf of Berlitz, OBI Property concluded the £1.45M acquisition of 55 Mosley Street, Manchester.

According to Managing Director Mark Harrington, the school has successfully operated from its Lever Street location for a number of years, although its facilities have been split across three separate properties:

“55 Mosley Street offers the perfect HQ building for Berlitz to continue its success in Manchester.  The building is ideally located close to the main public transport hubs and Manchester’s best amenities and we are particularly excited by the future plans for St Peter’s Square.  The building offers very flexible accommodation which is ideal for use as either class rooms or conventional offices. ”

Berlitz will relocate to Mosley Street in June following the comprehensive refurbishment of the building.  The works are being project-managed by the Building Consultancy team at OBI Property.

Will Lewis of OBI: “ we are delighted to have completed this transaction and believe our client has secured an excellent property which fulfils the requirements of their business”.
