1 The Avenue in Spinningfields is now fully let after OBI Property completed a deal with third commercial tenant Brewin Dolphin.

One of the UK’s largest independent private client investment managers, Brewin Dolphin, has taken 7,756 sq ft on the fourth floor to join national law firm McGrigors and Cloud Service Provider Outsourcery, as well as flagship designer store Emporio Armani and restaurant Australasia on the ground floor.

OBI secured a 15 year lease acting on behalf of developer Allied London and building owner IM Properties Michael Ingall, Chief Executive of Allied London said, “1 The Avenue is a landmark building in Manchester, which is why Allied London has been able to continue to attract quality tenants, despite the current slowdown in the city’s commercial property market. Spinningfields offers a dynamic environment and Brewin Dolphin will quickly feel part of the community and benefit from everything the estate has to offer.”

Will Lewis, of OBI Property, commented, “1 The Avenue is a statement building with a prestigious list of tenants from commercial, retail and leisure sectors. The building not only met all of Brewin Dolphin’s requirements, it exceeded them, and will position them in a high profile location amongst first class neighbours.”
