Due to the recent expansion of three existing tenants, Bilsdale Properties’ popular 80 Mosley Street overlooking St Peter’s Square is now almost fully let with just two suites available to the market.

Close Invoice Finance, Ultimate Finance and Systech Solicitors have all taken new leases at the building to meet their expansion plans at headline rents of £18.50 per sq ft.

Will Lewis, Partner of OBI Property, who advised on the transactions, commented “It is very encouraging to see three existing occupiers expand within the building in such a short space of time, and we are delighted to have secured headline rents within the building.”

Ian Steward, Managing Director in the North for Close Invoice Finance, commented:

“Since our relocation to 80 Mosley Street from Stockport, our business has performed very strongly and we look forward to moving to a whole floor in the building to accommodate our growing team.”

“Our staff enjoy working within central Manchester and this location is a great base which helps to attract and retain our employees.”

The building is now 92 per cent occupied.
