OBI Property LLP have recently advised Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe (LMIE) in its relocation to the prestigious 45 Church Street office development in Birmingham city centre. LMIE, which is a part of the global US-owned Liberty Mutual Group, a Fortune 500 company, has committed to a 10 year lease on the 7th floor.
OBI Property LLP advised on the search / acquisition of new premises but also procured and managed the fit out works on behalf of LMIE. Will Lewis of OBI Property commented; “we are delighted to have undertaken another successful office relocation on behalf of Liberty. 45 Church Street is an impressive Grade A office building which will assist our clients with their planned expansion within Birmingham”.
