The latest office acquisition for OBI Property was completed  within a very tight deadline acting on behalf of global insurance firm Liberty International Underwriters.  Liberty has taken 4,768 sq ft on the 15th floor of Lowry House on a ten year lease with a five year break option.

Paul Kurgo, MD of the Commercial Division of Liberty, said:  “The first class reception area and high quality of office space with panoramic views over the city made Lowry House our building of choice.

“Our staff are really happy with their new premises and we believe we have a great base from which the Manchester business can grow and  flourish.”

Added Will Lewis, Offices Partner of OBI: “ We are delighted that we were able to secure our clients such excellent accommodation within a short period of time.  Thanks to a good working relationship with the landlord and excellent teamwork with the client, this relocation was successfully achieved to Liberty’s required timeframe.”
