The award-winning 1 The Avenue at Spinningfields has secured its second commercial tenant with Outsourcery Ltd. The independent provider of business mobile and data solutions and one of Microsoft’s leading UK partners, has taken 7,792 sq ft on the third floor of the iconic office building.

The 10 year lease has been agreed with developer Allied London and building owner IM Properties.  Joining national law firm McGrigors LLP, flagship designer store Emporio Armani and restaurant Australasia, Outsourcery engaged in a comprehensive search of Manchester city centre and MediaCity:UK, before choosing to relocate to 1 The Avenue.  The company aims to develop their data cloud services and take advantage of a market in which they anticipate exponential growth.

Michael Ingall, Chief Executive of Allied London said: “1 The Avenue is one of Manchester’s landmark buildings, offering exceptional office space at one of Spinningfields’ principal gateways.”
