Corporate membership organisation Pro∙manchester has selected Tower 12, Avenue North, Spinningfields as its new home. Pro-Manchester, which represents the financial and professional sector in Greater Manchester has taken a five year lease on part of Level 9 of Manchester’s landmark workplace building.
OBI Property represented Allied London on agreeing the new lease and Will Lewis, offices partner commented: “We worked very closely with Pro∙manchester in making this transaction happen and their new office will provide a stunning working environment for the organisation.”
Mike Ingall, chief executive, Allied London Properties Ltd said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Pro∙manchester to Spinningfields. A number of their existing financial and professional services members are based on our estate and we are sure the move will assist in growing their ever expanding membership numbers.”
John Ashcroft, chief executive of Pro∙manchester said: “It’s great that we’re making the move over to Spinningfields and to Tower 12, it will bring us closer to many of our member firms and is a positive step for our organisation at a time of growth and exciting change. We look forward to becoming part of the bustling hub which is the Spinningfields district in just a few weeks time.”
