The OBI Building Consultancy team have advised process engineering company Simon Carves in its European HQ office relocation.
The company, which is owned by Indian firm Punj Lloyd, is relocating from its existing headquarters at Cheadle Hulme to occupy 35,000 sq ft of space at Pacific House on AXA Real Estates’ Atlantic Park in South Manchester.
OBI Property undertook a pre-acquisition building survey and provided advice in respect of future leasehold obligations.
Ken Taylor, Commercial Controls Manager at Simon Carves commented; “this was a significant move for the business and we are delighted with the advice and support provided by OBI Property. We have worked very closely with OBI over a number of months which proved invaluable. I am also reassured that our property interests have been protected and OBI continue to support us going forward over the next few months by monitoring the building works”.
Dominic Horridge of OBI added “it’s been great working with Simon Carves and their professional team – we are really pleased that our advice added value to our clients in the acquisition of new premises”.
