Tech Firm Takes Space in Manchester Office Building
13 December 2022A tech company, which is 1,800-strong and has grown to £96m in revenue, has taken space at a central Manchester office building.
AND Digital has signed up to 2,148 sq ft of Grade A office space at the 11th floor of Chancery Place on a three-year lease.
The move will accommodate its Manchester-based “club” which will be the new home of its Cloud team, Da Vinci.
Chancery Place, owned by NFU Mutual, provides a fully fitted and furnished workspace which has recently undergone refurbishment works to the ground floor reception area. Also created is a new communal roof terrace on level 14 with views across Manchester.
Jamie Smith, people lead at AND Digital, said: “Chancery Place is an amazing space for the team at Cloud da Vinci. We’re really pleased with how the space has come together and can’t wait to use the terrace next summer.”
Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at OBI, said: “Chancery Place is in a great location in the heart of Manchester’s business district. The building offers high quality Grade A workspace and the recent investment into the reception and new roof terrace for occupiers has made the building a perfect fit for AND Digital who were looking for a high class office space in the heart of the city.”
Alex Pocock, asset manager at NFU Mutual said: “The letting is testament to the quality of the recent reception refurbishment and the creation of a communal roof terrace on Level 14, which have significantly improved the building’s offering and have resulted in a substantial increase in enquiries.”
