pic PreviewHenderson Global Investors has continued its recent leasing success at The Zenith building following Lexington Communications decision to take space at the building.  The UK’s leading independent public affairs and communications agency has taken 2,100 sq ft on the part first floor and is hot on the heels of AEW Architects relocation to the building located in the heart of Manchester’s prime core.

Lexington committed to a 5 year lease and the buildings quoting rents range from £12.50 – £25.00 per sq ft.

Emma Powell of OBI Property advised the landlord on the letting. Powell commented “We now have a new offering at The Zenith with being able to offer suites from 1,600 sq ft.  This has opened the doors to a new size of occupier seeking an impressive building with some of the best common areas and office space in the city. We could move quickly and we are delighted that Lexington are moving in.”

Nick Nelson of CBRE advised Lexington Communications on the search and acquisition of the new premises said “our client had a very fixed view on finding the right office space to provide an enhanced working environment to their staff.  The Zenith building provided the ideal location and the high quality specification is exactly what Lexington were seeking”.
