Two new tenants have taken space at Wellington House in Manchester taking the building to full occupancy.
Rathbone Training UK, a nationwide youth charity is relocating from Churchgate House on Oxford Steet to the Piccadilly property. It has taken a ten-year lease for the third and fourth floors which each comprise 3,973 sq ft.
Meanwhile, Datasys, which specialises in supplying rail management systems to UK train operators, is moving from Carrington Business Park to take the 3,427 sq ft fifth floor on a five-year lease.
Joint letting agents OBI Property and Canning O’Neill have secured the two deals.
Emma Powell, surveyor at OBI Property, said: “The two deals mean Wellington House is now fully let, and it is a good sign that the market in Manchester is getting more buoyant. Wellington House is in a great location, close to all major public transport links at Piccadilly and has proved a popular choice.”
Charles Denby of MCR Property Group, the landlord of Wellington House, added: “It is great news that Wellington House is now fully occupied and we look forward to welcoming Datasys and Rathbone Training UK to the building.”
The remainder of Wellington House is occupied by Nationwide, Lloyd Piggott Chartered Accountants and Towry Law.
