In August 2024, G2V Recruitment Group, an award-winning staffing specialist, has chosen the prestigious 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields, Manchester, as its new base in the city.
G2V Recruitment Group, which operates in the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, and Government sectors, has over 25 offices across the UK, EU, and US. This move marks their expansion from their current location at The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, to 12,300 sq ft on part of the 3rd floor at 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, under a new 10-year lease.
Royal London Asset Management Property has made significant investments in 3 Hardman Square to enhance the occupier experience.
