Situated in Leeds’ financial quarter, 14 King Street features 37,000 sq ft of Grade A, flexible workspace over six floors. Spaces range from 500 sq ft to full floor suites of 6,706 sq ft.
It is currently home to at least 10 local businesses, including Insightful Environments, Maples and Calder and Barton Willmore.
The building will soon benefit from a renovation programme, due to complete this year, which will modernise its interior and create a multi-functional space for its customers which balances character, comfort, and creativity. As part of the Bruntwood Works network, customers at 14 King Street can also benefit from access to Spark, Bruntwood Works’ business support programme.
The OBI team has worked nationally with clients including AO.com, Icelolly.com, Booking.com and The Hut Group and have been appointed as sole agents on the building.
