19 Spring Gardens, situated on the corner of Spring Gardens and Marble Street within Manchester’s Central Core has been disposed of by MüAM acting on behalf of an institutional investor in Frankfurt, Germany.

The office building, arranged over basement, ground and six upper floors totalling 36,586 sq ft provides partially refurbished workspace, which is well positioned for the new owner to implement their own asset management plan.

Scott Gemmell at OBI, commented: “We’re delighted to have advised Müller International on the disposal of this workspace building.
